Let’s create your dream ceremony 

Every couple is different and no two weddings should ever be the same. Every ceremony I create and conduct is designed with thoughtfulness and great care, and will reflect your personalities, style and ideas. If you want humour you’ll get it. If you want relaxed vibes you’ll have them. If you want deeply heartfelt it’s all yours. 

Whatever you want, it will be delivered in an authentic way, and your ceremony will sound like you, I promise. Our process of working together will be as easy and stress-free as possible.

These are the steps:

1. Get in touch to check my availability. If I’m free for your date we’ll organise a time for a no-obligation phone or online call. If you think I’m the right fit for you we’ll book it in and you’ll pay a non-refundable booking fee. We’ll also set a timeline for working together
2. We’ll meet to complete the legal documents, create and plan your ceremony
3. We’ll catch up the week leading up to your wedding to go through the final details and do an online “practice run”
4. I’ll arrive 45 minutes before your ceremony to make sure that everyone is ready. This includes speaking with your wedding party and helping to calm any nerves, as well as liaising with venue staff and ensuring everything is set up as it needs to be for your ceremony. You’ll be excited and ready for all the big moments and it will be wonderful!
5. I’ll register your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM). I can also help you to apply for your official marriage certificate

I believe in flexibility and doing things your way. It’s your wedding. My full wedding ceremony service fee includes:

• Ceremony planning and creation (including at least one in-person meeting and unlimited consultation via phone, email and zoom). My wedding ceremony scripts are written from scratch and fully personalised for you. I don’t supply pre-written scripts where I slot in your names. Your wedding is too important for that, and I just can’t bring myself to do it (if that’s what you’re looking for though you’ll find celebrants who have ready-made scripts)
• Completion of  paperwork and legalities
• The use of my professional PA system 
• Vow writing and presenting assistance (because, if you’re doing personal vows, this can be the most important part of your ceremony)
• Wardrobe consultation (to coordinate with your colour scheme, theme and dress code so I can wear an outfit that’s appropriate to your style of ceremony and doesn’t clash, or isn’t the same as what your bridesmaids are wearing – if you have bridesmaids) 
• Professional ceremony delivery (I’ll say that again: Professional ceremony delivery)
• Presentation of your special wedding certificate (the fancy one)
• Registration of your marriage 

I can help you work out what type of ceremony suits you best. I can also give you sample vows, readings and pledges if you plan to include them, and support you with ideas for music, rituals, poetry, and including family members or friends in your ceremony if you decide you’d like that.

Please note: I don’t have standardised pricing. No two weddings are the same, and factors such as the time of the year, what you want to include, and location are all taken into account. I’ll provide a quote for you after we’ve had a conversation.
